1. Choose the right location to set off fireworks and firecrackers. It is strictly prohibited to set them off in busy streets, theaters, and other public places, as well as under mountain forests, near electrical facilities, and in proximity to flammable and explosive materials. When setting off fireworks and firecrackers, one must adhere to the relevant safety regulations set by the local government.
2. Fireworks should not be set off upside down. For bead-dispensing fireworks, it is recommended to use objects or equipment to secure them on the ground. If handheld discharge is necessary, only use your fingers to hold the end of the tube, with the bottom not facing your palm. After ignition, extend your arm straight, with the firework's nozzle facing up and the tail facing downwards, and launch it into the air. It is prohibited to set off fireworks in building clusters and on balconies.
3.When setting off spray, small fireworks, and combination fireworks, they should be placed firmly on the ground. During the display, the tubes must not be toppled over, and the person who lights the fuse should leave immediately.
4.When setting off spinning and ground-spinning fireworks, it is essential to pay attention to the surrounding environment, place them on a flat surface, and ignite the fuse before leaving to watch. When setting off handheld or string-hanging spinning fireworks, hold the string or use a small bamboo stick to hang the cotton string, extend it forward after ignition, and keep your body away from the fireworks. When setting off nail-hanging spinning fireworks, make sure to nail them firmly to a wall or wooden board, rotate them by hand to ensure they spin properly, then ignite the fuse and leave to watch.
5. Handheld fireworks should not be set off facing the ground.
6. Firecrackers should be hung and set off in an open area outside the house. After ignition, never put the firecracker in your hand. Double-sound firecrackers should be placed upright on the ground, not lying horizontally.
